Take Me To The Front

Take Me To The Front is one of our most highly acclaimed, award winning shorts.

Inspired by stories form legends like Don McCullin and other photojournalists such as James Nachtway and Kevin Carter, we set off to explore and bring awareness to what goes on behind a photograph; what it takes to bring to life a portion of that reality which for us as viewers is so remote but which for those who have to release the shutter is so real.

This film tells the fictional story of a British photojournalist covering the very true events that took place during the war in Bosnia (1991-1995) and tackles the ethical and moral complications he encounters, posing the question of ‘how far one will go for his art’ and ‘where is the line drawn between documentation and intervention’.
